Community Micro Grant Program
We proudly support local organizations, artists, musicians, and nonprofits,—helping them share their extraordinary talents with the community, through a variety of programs throughout the year!
Make this an infographic – Since 2021, Spark Newton has invested over $55,000, through our annual fall and spring grant cycles, providing grants of between $250 to $1,500.
Grant recipients leave an indelible mark on Newton, igniting the creative heartbeat of the city, and amplifying our mission of bringing the community together through the arts. We’re excited to continue this tradition of support.

Nancy Quint Schön Arts Scholarship
Spark Newton is thrilled to support the next generation of artists, awarding three $1,000 scholarships to a Newton South High School senior, a Newton North High School senior, and a METCO student at either school—towards their pursuit of the arts in higher education!
